TO FIND THE MIDWAY

As the gravity is the glue that holds the universe together, stability is too a key opening the door of the secrets of the universe.
Stability, body, mind, and our senses are valid for the dimension of our existence.
It reminds us whether we do less or much in whatever we do. It is inevitable to go the other end when our life pendulum or habits go to a peak.


Just for a moment, think about the importance of the balance at the natural order of a human’s life. We are products of the equilibrium. We can not swim well like a fish, we can not run fast like a cheetah, we can not carry heavy like gorillas but we can do all of these in equal.
Each human body misses the inner peace and balance and continues the most healthy life with this balance. At this moment, can you feel this balance inside you?

DO YOU FEEL THAT, DON’T YOU ?

Take this feeling of quitness as a referance point; this will increase your awareness of your instabilities in your daily life and minimize your tolerance to the instability.

As if I can hear you asking "How will it happen?" . When "relax" is said to the tense people who do not know what kind of a feeling relaxing is, they can not be able to relax. But just once, they live deep relaxing, there becomes a referance point. Then they can understand easily that they are nervous and know what to do to avoid this tension.
You start to be aware of where in your life you are instable when you know how to feel the real balance . This serves as an automatic signal to return back to your balance center inside. You apply the stability rule by being aware of your instabilities.


HOW , IT SEEMS VERY SIMPLE, DOESN’T IT ?

Very simple but not always easy. Because, physical and emotional instability that you are used to will look normal to you whether how much is the peak. What the most of the people said about the neurosis is that the instability and exaggerated version of an idea, a feeling, a motive and a behaviour. That’s why, in the beginning, to reach a real balance can become unreal or strange.


THEN WHAT CAN I DO TO FIND THE REAL STABILITY?

Go back to that quiet lake inside, go back to that calm lake.
Look. Listen! There becomes ripples in you body when you do alot or less at the ranges of nutrition, exercise, job and commnunication. Pay attention to these ripples arising in your life and in your body.

ISN’T IT SELFISH TO WASTE ALL MY ENERGY IN THIS PROGRESS OF UNIVERSE TO TURN INSIDE AND TO TRY TO FIND PEACE?

Many people mixes "selfishness" with being "ego-centered" .
But once when you reach your own balance, you will find your peace inside and real power. This will create real difference in your life and in the world.

Longings and attachments pull you along. Fear, escapes and reactions, back.Any kind of end, in any case, a hard manner harms your balance and prevents you from seeing the matter from every point of view. Do you understand?

As all rules, Stability rule is not a philosophy, it is totally life with its all practical aspects.


"Stability begins with breath"

Taking breath and giving is primal ryhthm of life. By taking breath, you fill with energy and inspiration, by giving breath , you relax. Each breath is a birth and a death.

Now feel your breath!
Pay attention when and how your rhythm of your breath is instable. You will be aware that your emotions go parallel with your breath.
When you feel anger, accept this feeling as it is and balance your breath. When you feel pain, embrace your pain and balance your breath. When you feel fear, respect your fear and by taking deep breath, balance your breath.

When you give breath, you are giving; when you take, you are taking. If you are taking more than you give, you feel the instability of your need to answer back and feel that your relations can not be completed in a way.
If you give more than you take, you feel yourself very exhausted and for a while later, nothing is left to give.


NOW YOU CAN SAY THAT THOUGH ALL SAINTS AND SAGES GIVE MORE, DON’T THEY GET VERY LITTLE? THIS IS ALWAYS TAUGHT TO US LIKE THIS FOR YEARS.?

It seems so. But these people live feelings of joy, love and blessing with abundance.

Stability rule gives the people who delivers freely with a spirit of love and generosity a guarantee of living with abundance mind.

This is your preparation phase.

Find the balance in your each stage in your life. Give this rule the necessary importance and follow the footsteps of the sages. Watch the human experience. Because the very ends of the habits create stress, always go back to balance. Let your behaviours and words make kind transitions just like changing seasons.
